MILCO is an equity club, meaning members are owners. The price of a membership is determined by an individual member who wishes to sell, but recent sales have been in the $70,000 range.

Members pay annual dues that cover our caretaker's salary, food, drink, marsh work and other costs of operating the club. Dues are currently $8,000 per year.
